        Extra hours billed at $100 each
        Full payment (In addition to security deposit) is due 30 days prior to your rental
Side yard with Gazebo Rental addendum is in the works.  2 hrs max.  Supervised. No access to Lake Erie.
Walk away cleaning means you do not have to clean.  Remove your own personal stuff and "walk away".
