        Prior Day Setup:
        --  If the day before your event has not been booked as of thirty days before
            your event, you may be offered the option of a 3 hour prior day setup for a
            fee of $125.   The prior day setup is NOT schedule-able and NOT
            guaranteed except as outlined here.
        Full payment is due 30 days prior to your rental
