Closed in winter months;  10 Ton A/C is capable of 10 degree F drop under 90 degrees F outside
under IDEAL conditions [all windows and doors remain closed except for ingress and egress]
No warranty is made about inside temperature, especially during extreme weather
FLASH!! - As of late August, 2012 we have an additional 10 Ton of A/C on line and reports
have been very encouraging about maintaining comfortable temperatures, even in very hot
weather.  Due to factors beyond our control, no warranties are implied regarding indoor temperature.

Note:  Due to the age and beam construction, NO OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED in the building

        Friday-Saturday 14 hour Combo $1250 (2014 $1400) - but only if Friday is available 30 days ahead
        Extra hours billed at $100 each
        Full payment (In addition to security deposit) is due 30 days prior to your rental
Side yard with Gazebo Rental addendum below.  2 hrs max.  Supervised. No access to Lake Erie.
Walk away cleaning means you do not have to clean.  Remove your own personal stuff and "walk away".
